If you subscribe to email alerts, purchase online, submit support request, or send us your email, we may collect information including your email address, IP address, name, address, phone number, and other information that you provide. This information will only be used for order fulfillment, periodic updates, support, special promotions, or other general updates. We will not give this information to any third party. We do not store credit card information on our servers. All our email updates include a link to opt out of future emails.
We do not use this information to track users, nor do we make this available to any third parties. We do use this data for aggregated statistics so that we can better understand how our software is used.
On our community site, if you register as a user to post user lesson plans, we collect your email and other personal information. Again, we will only use this to stay in contact with you on your posts, and to add you to our email updates.
We may from time to time collect survey data or directly communicate about ideas and features. We will keep individual data private, and only share with permission. We may aggregate survey data like this for discussion with business partners.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. One measure to ensure we do not gather personal data from children under 13 is that we require all individuals to provide a valid credit card number before completing a purchase, or submit a purchase order from a verifiable business or institution. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and believe we may have collected personal data, please contact us by email so we can delete the information.
