Lydia is the Regional Director of Implementation Success for PhD Science and supports the implementation of PhD Science instructional materials. Prior to her role with Great Minds, she worked with the Louisiana Department of Education in two key roles, Director of Policy and Strategy and Science Program Coordinator. Lydia earned her B.S. in Biology from Clayton State University and her M.Ed. in Teaching and Learning with a reading specialist concentration from the University of Holy Cross.
